MIAMI—Feb. 04, 2026—InFlux Technologies Ltd. (Flux) and Strateji, Inc. today announced a strategic partnership to design, deploy, and scale Africa’s first decentralized cloud, AmanziCloud.
The digital divide—the disparity between those with internet access and those without—remains a significant issue across Africa, where more people lack internet access than in any other region. In most regions, the majority of the population has internet access. However, in Africa, only 36% of the population had internet access as of 2022, well below global averages.
Flux will provide decentralized infrastructure and technical tooling through its Flux ecosystem. Strateji will lead platform design, enterprise integration, regional deployment, and enterprise solutions.
AmanziCloud is designed to support local data ownership and digital sovereignty across African markets for governments, enterprises, and startups without reliance on centralized hyperscale providers. Because Flux hardware providers are globally distributed, compute can be sourced from regions closer to end users. Making it possible for rural and remote areas of Africa to receive digital services, closing the divide.
